Everything was as expected, clean, safe etc. Very good price. Short walk to public transport options. Communication with property was quick and friendly.

It was quite noisy but this was due to road works right out the front that was happening- so this is not the fault of the property. It was easy enough to ignore anyway :)

The location is 15-20min walk from Athens city center, without being affected from traffic issues. Parking is relatively easy compared to the rest of central Athens locations. 5 out of 7 days I parked my big sedan right outside the property. Nearest metro station is a 12min walk. The apartment itself is spacey and in very good condition. Only a few things need fixing (ex. one of the stair supports was broken off and it shaked when walking on it, but it presents no danger - one of the lights was not working but it made no difference, there were many lights). Check in and check out processes are extremely easy and done by yourself. Hosts responded instantly to every message and were very descriptive with instructions. The property is accessible by key, key code, or RFID tag on keychain. Overall I'd say it is secure, very small chances of having trouble. The apartment was equipped with enough supplies for our whole 7-day stay (coffee, filters, shampoo, body wash, ..)

1. In the power distrubution frame, the heater switch is marked wrongfully. You need to switch on both, not only the one to the left (which has the marking and the light indicator). 2. The neighborhood is unfortunately not the best/cleanest. Sometimes, drug addicts and homeless people can be found hanging around. However 98% of the time these people are harmless and there is nothing to worry about. Couples and groups of 2 or more people can walk through the neighborhood freely and will never be bothered. There are many stores around and people are watching so chances of being robbed/mugged are almost next to none. The only case when you'd really need to keep an eye out is if you're a woman walking through these streets alone. In any other case (1+ men), you should be okay. It is also highly UNLIKELY that your parked car will be vandalized. This is very common in the suburbs of Athens, not in the center.

Die Dachterrasse war wirklich ein Highlight – mit schönem Blick und gutem Sitzbereich. Das Gebäude ist modern, das Apartmenthaus macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert und die Ausstattung war insgesamt in gutem Zustand. Für den Preis ein insgesamt gutes Angebot.

Die Treppe zur Empore ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand: laut, wackelig, teilweise aus der Wand gerissen. Nutzbar aber nicht Komfortabel. das Geländer oben auf der Empore ist locker. Das ist aus unserer Sicht nicht sicher – besonders nicht für Kinder, Schwangere oder Personen mit Bewegungseinschränkungen. Auch die Dusche könnte tiefengereinigt werden z.B. Duschkopf war scharfkantig und sollte dringend ersetzt werden. Leider hat der Vermieter auf unsere Hinweise nicht hilfreich reagiert. Schade.
