    Place is big and quiet but a bit far from the town center. Breakfast is good, staff are very accommodating and helpful. Pool is not usable. Overall experience is still good.

    The pool was disgusting. The pool color already turned green. We wanted to swim at the pool since we were already tired from swimming at the beach but we couldn't. Our room had termites and they wanted to refund us our payment. Where could we book after such late notice? We can't so we had no choice but to accept their other room which isn't for couples. They won't even offer us a better room when it was their fault in the 1st place.

    We booked 2 rooms. The first room given to our friends smelled dusty/musty. They asked to be moved to another room. The toilet clogged on our 2nd day. Our friend was told that it's NEVER happened before. They only had a small plunger to use. Our friends had to use the common toilet for the rest of our trip because all the other rooms were occupied. Their order of toilet papers did not arrive until our 2nd day. We had to resort to using left over toilet papers. The staff are very accommodating.
