    The trip was fantastic, the Coastal Grand needs proper maintenance, the real things at this property are not as green as shown in the picture. There is no grass at all and the gaps in between the tiles are dangerously portruding. An old lady tripped in front of me and she was lucky enough to escape with minor bruises. Since there is cooking gas crisis in the country there was no food available, However the caretaker was arranging good quality of packed breakfast from local eateries, obviously there was no choice to select. The staff needs good motivation to work and be active, though they were sincere and young, they have to learn service and do things on their own. The property is nice but poorly managed.

    The HR madam is speaking to me with our respect. She is illtreating and disconnecting the phone while on call. WHile speaking to me they told 24 hours and after check in, they are telling 11 am check out and asking for 200 rs per hour. Actually in the invoice of Agoda, the timing was not mentioned and even i was not aware about that and they should have told me while check in. I think Agoda will lose the credibility if you have these kind of worst service hotel. Our room main door lock was not working and the room service person are insisting us to keep the room open. Also there is no safety for the travellers as the window is with out any grill and it is easy to open the window and get in side. i lost my 5000 rs unnecessarily. now again i booked another hotel through agoda app at Raj residency in pondicherry at a lower price and is good. 1993601082 is my new booking. i am not telling any thing lies. God promise its all true. please take the neccessary action and i will be grateful to your team if you can refund me my hard earned amount back.
