    It was a bit further from the subway than I wanted but still walkable. The room was clean and spacious.

    I never thought I’d have to write a bad review, but this hotel left me no choice. I booked three nights and paid in full. We arrived around 1–2 a.m. While waiting to check in, I asked the receptionist for some water. She offered welcome drinks to other guests but told me to wait, and completely forgot my request until I reminded her again after checking in. That wasn’t the worst part. After our second night, we spent the day out exploring and returned around 9–10 p.m. To my shock, all of our personal belongings had been packed up and left at the reception. When I asked for an explanation, the staff said they thought I was checking out at 7 a.m. and claimed they tried to contact me but got no response. This is absolutely untrue: I never said I would leave early, and they never contacted me. It’s hard to believe anyone would check out but leave behind essential items like a MacBook, camera, laptop, and all their clothes. To make things worse, they mixed dirty and clean clothes together and packed everything carelessly. This was a completely unacceptable and unprofessional experience, and I hope management takes responsibility and improves their service standards.
