(-) The staff lacked communication eventually my late-check-out request is confirm but morning staff denied it. (-) Parking is not complimentary and is charged at MYR 3/hour as the hotel does not have its own car park. If you park on the roadside/on-site area, you may receive a saman (fine) of MYR 100, or you will need to pay parking fees based on the duration of your stay.
(+) The room is spacious and the bathroom is clean. If you have no other choice and urgently need a place to stay in Damansara, then yes, this place is recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. The overall cleanliness and condition of the room exceeded my expectations.
The staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience even more pleasant. The only minor downside was that the highway noise could sometimes be heard from the room, especially during busy hours. However, it did not significantly affect my stay.
Overall, I am very happy with my experience and would gladly stay here again in the future.

its not the hotel property on it own, it shared with many others shops, so the lift are accessible by anyone, and the parking are not complimentary by the hotel as the recep said "its not their building" to give complimentary free parking eventho its a 4star hotel?? we had to pay 30+ for one night (weekday) and rm3.5 for weekend, thank god. the recep are not that helpful, they could've told us about the parking fees on the day we check in but we had to ask to the recep twice abt it. also the parking are not maintain well but yet so pricey lol. the rooms are fine except the walls are extremely thin that we can here people businesses across the room. after all, the rooms are fine and the stay was ok.
