This place is really bad. The bed had bed bugs. No mirror in the room. The bathroom water would come out if you have a shower. I would not recommend it to anyone traveling to Tbisilli

Very disappointing stay. The staff were extremely rude and unwelcoming during check-in. The hotel was also very dirty and poorly maintained, broken toilet seat broken bed cabinet which made us uncomfortable throughout our stay. The information provided in the room clearly states that breakfast is served on the 2nd floor from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. However, when we went there during the stated hours, there was no breakfast service or facilities available at all. If breakfast is not available, the hotel should not display information saying that it is. Overall, the rude service, cleanliness issues and misleading breakfast information made this a very disappointing experience. The hotel needs to improve its cleanliness, maintenance and customer service.

Good value for money. I stayed for 3 nights, and overall, I had a good experience. The location is very convenient, close to Old Tbilisi, and the view is beautiful. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The only issue I experienced was with the water heater. I’m not sure if there are specific timings for hot water, but on two consecutive nights, when I wanted to take a shower, the water heater wasn’t working. I informed the staff, and after that, it worked. However, on my last night, the water heater was not working at all throughout the whole night. Overall, it’s a nice place with a great location and good staff. I just hope they can improve the hot water/heater situation for future guests.

The rooms are extremely dirty. The toilet had brown stuff which wouldn’t flush and there was a very fowl smell in the toilet. We had to stay for 2 nights as we had no option. The ceiling keeps peeling and falling all around the room and bathroom. The shower curtain literally has mould on it. Very horrible stay. Do not recommend it!
