Huge mold problem in the hotel, Also the location is terrible. I would never rebook.

Good location, good value of money, sufficient comfortable

We stayed here as a family group and booked 3 rooms. Unfortunately, all of the rooms had cleanliness issues, but my room was by far the dirtiest. There was dust all over the floor, as well as deep, dark stains/spots on the walls and ceiling. The bed and towels also had an unpleasant smell. The pillow smelled so bad that I couldn’t sleep, so I had to ask the staff to replace it. The bathroom light was another major issue. It was only bright enough for one person to shower, while the other person had to shower in the dark. The light bulb was eventually replaced the following morning, but there was still dust left in the bathroom afterward. The chair in the room was also broken. Luckily, we noticed a large crack before sitting on it, so no one was injured. Unfortunately, we couldn’t change rooms because there were no rooms available. To be fair, the staff were helpful when we reported the problems. They replaced the broken chair and pillow as requested and changed the bathroom light bulb the next morning. However, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the room were still far below what we expected. I hope the management takes these issues seriously, especially the cleanliness, unpleasant smells, and safety of the furniture.
