    We booked the property at 10:30pm and proceeded to check in around 11pm. We were surprised that we are being charged for HKD300 for late check-in and inconvenience fee. Such a joke because it was not published in Agoda of such fees and we got the room for only HKD*** with Agoda discount.

    It's very near the station. The staffs are nice and helpful.

    As we arrive, they charged us 300 for late check in. Then they asked us to pay 1200HKD to stay in the hotel room IN THE PICTURE in this booking. But we declined and they moved us to a room without a proper window, disgusting walls, no views, not 10m2 as advertised and less bedding! This is a scam. We approached the receptionist desk and he said he gave us room and to "F off". Also, the address in this booking is wrong/misleading. Their real "office" is in the 13th floor. Our room is in the 16th floor. The picture here is their ONLY decent and display room. There's also cockroaches in the bathroom. Imagine the horror of going back to accomodation and seeing your toothbrushes infested with raoches. And the toilet bowl is dettached, not cemented to the floor! They don't have thick blankets, only the thin blankets. (Mind you, we visited during winter season.) This was not the experience you'd want for your kids.
