Great little spot in Nuevo with walkable access to restaurants and beach(right across the street). Quiet area great for family downtime. Well designed space with great views.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful penthouse with a private pool. Clean, well-equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, good communication and response from property management, amazing views and nice warm shared pool. A short walk from the nice beach across the road - not beach front as we had assumed from the photos, but very close. A bbq and beach chairs/umbrella would make this place perfect for longer stays.

Dishwasher didn’t work. Was serviced during or stay, but didn’t actually clean the dishes. One of the bathrooms was out of order and has been for quite some time. It is being used and a storage closet. We were not notified. Pool was gross on the first day, however it was cleaned after and again later in the week and was great. Air conditioning leaked all over the floor in the main room. No vacuum provided. Beach towels were a bonus. The beds were clean. The location is amazing. And the access to the beach is fantastic. Edgar was amazing. However, there is significant mold growing on the walls in the bed and bathrooms. This was so concerning considering we were traveling with an infant. I really wanted to love this place, however the listing very much overpromised and under delivered. If the issues were addressed I would love to come stay again.
