Das Haus Nils Holgerson 2 hat eine gute Lage zum Oststrand, einen kleinen Garten und ist ausreichend bemessen für 7 Personen. Das Schlafsofa im großen oberen Familienzimmer ist verschlissen und sollte erneuert werden. Mehrere Glühbirnen in der Küche (Kühlschrank und Decke) und im Wohnzimmer sind defekt. Die Küchenausstattung ist für 7 Personen nicht ausreichend, zu wenig Wein - und Sektgläser. Das Sofa um Wohnzimmer entspricht durch sich ewig lösende Polster nicht mehr dem heutigen Standart. Im oberen großen Schlafzimmer fehlen die Bettleuchten auf den Nachtkästen. Die Gartenmöbel müssten erneuert werden, Unfallgefahr.

Die Einrichtung ist insbesondere im Wohn- Essbereich recht spartanisch. Die Stühle wackeln, Das kleine Sofa ist durchgessen und das grosse ist zum Sitzen fast nich nutzbar, weil sich die Kissen stark nach vorne schieben. Die Matratzen im unteren Schlafzimmer sind schon recht durchgelegen. Die Mikrowelle war nicht mehr nutzbar und ist ein deutlich altes Modell. Der Küche täte es gut, wenn mann den Tisch und die Stühle duch Stauraum oder Ablagemöglichkeiten ersetzen würde, zumal ein großer Esstisch vorhanden ist. Regelmäßig den Fettfilter in der Dunsthaube wechseln. Größere Fernseher und ein zeitgerechtes Radio wären schön. W-Lan mit zeitgemäßer Geschwindigkeit und Stabilität wäre schön. Vielleicht ist es eine Idee, eine Mängelliste auszulegen, die die Gäste dann spätestens am Urlaubsende abgeben könnten.

Gerade in diesem Urlaub eine super Organisation. Durch Corona ist alles ein wenig anders, aber an die Damen im Service kann man sich jeder Zeit wenden. Immer freundlich und haben, trotz Stress, Zeit für einige persönliche Worte. Der Urlaub war wie immer super und wir haben uns schon wieder für 2022 ein Dach über dem Kopf gesichert Eigentlich ist alles top, wäre wirklich klagen auf hohem Niveau, aber ein neuer Fernseher in der 1. Etage wäre schon klasse.
