Beautiful 2 Bedrooms w Kitchen & Carpark 🌹

The apartment met our family needs! Very convenient to the Children Hospital. The host was very helpful and easy to deal with.

Overall the accommodation was satisfactory. The kitchen was equiped. The fridge and surfaces were clean. The space was adequate for our needs. Some points for improvement - access wasn’t convenient having to access one lock box in an alley way to then enter the block to find the apartment and access another lock box for keys. There was no doona cover on the beds nor was there a top sheet. The wifi password was not correct as provided. The shower recess appeared to have some mould in the seals around the tiles. Not a big deal but visually off putting. The water pressure and temperature in the shower was not what we would have preferred. Seemed a little weak and tepid. The lock on the balcony door could not be secured and this will be a concern for those with young children as it is on the 4th floor. On the plus side the beds were comfortable and the heaters worked well to warm the space. The owner was easy to contact and receptive so we foresee these issues will be addressed.
