About this apartment rental
Welcome to your beachfront paradise with a gorgeous ocean view! This condo offers private beach access and is located next to the popular Wanna Wanna Beach Bar. The bedroom has two queen beds, and the living room has a sofa bed and a 4K-HD Smart TV. We provide private parking, one space per guest.
Pet lovers are welcome with a $75 pet fee for each pet. Airbnb charges for the first pet only, and we will send an additional request for $75 per extra pet.
It`s all about the BREATHTAKING beach view! You`ll be in awe of this newly designed Mid-Century Boho space, with comfortable beds, chairs, and more to ensure a stylish and comfortable stay.
You`ll want to spend lots of time on the balcony taking in the ocean view while sitting in the Adirondack chairs and sipping on a cold drink!
The private beach access is just an elevator ride away, as are the oversized heated pool and hot tub for your enjoyment.
Nothing beats the luxury of private beach access—just seconds from your door to the sandy shore!
You will have access to all of condo 302, plus common areas: coin or app operated laundry rooms (one on the 1st floor, one on the 3rd floor), patio area with swimming pool and hot tub, one parking space (not assigned, use any available spot MUST have parking permit and a spot is NOT guaranteed), lawn in back, fish-cleaning station and private stairs/path to beach.
You may be required to provide valid ID and pay a security deposit. Pets have a $75 per pet fee.
We recommend you purchase your own travel insurance.

✔ There are cameras at every entrance/exit facing outwards from the home. Cameras and the internet may not be covered, turned off, or manipulated in any way.

This was our 2nd time at this property and the view was still amazing! The property had everything we needed for an 8 day stay for the two of us and our 2 small dogs. Both the owner and the property manager gave us just the right amount of communication and made themselves available in case we needed them (which we did not). Everything was clean inside the apartment and on the beach. The location was great for getting to the beach, local restaurants, etc. We hope to go back again soon!

The dishes were not clean. We hand cleaned as dishwashers don't always do the best job.Pleasantly surprised to have beach chairs and towels to use.Very responsive host. Great view and distance to beach.

Great place to stay at if your planning on visiting the beach ,Arman and his team took well care of us , even thou we had trouble at first cause some how the room we rented was already rented out , Arman quickly called set us up with another room and gave us a free night for the confusion.He went above and beyond to keep his customers happy ,this hotel offers nice ocean views, great walking distance to beach and restaurant,
