Boasting a seventh-floor beachfront location, you'll enjoy endless water views from your private balcony. The seventh floor offers the largest Sunbird units. Plus, you'll enjoy complimentary access to some fabulous on-site amenities including three swimming pools, sundecks, lighted tennis courts, a fitness center, a shuffleboard court, and grilling areas with picnic tables. It's a great spot in the heart of Panama City Beach, with such attractions as Ripley's Believe It or Not!, WonderWorks, and Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, all within a half-mile of the complex.

The condo's spacious floor plan offers plenty of space to relax after a day at the beach. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors and large, plentiful windows create plenty of natural light while also providing scenic beach views. All sorts of entertainment are waiting for you, including a smart TV in the living area and complimentary WiFi. The kitchen boasts a full suite of major appliances for handling home cooking with ease. Central air-conditioning rounds out the home essentials.

Things to Know
Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
