About this house rental
Located 2 minutes from the Geneva on the Lake Strip, this beautiful 2-bedroom, one bathroom home is perfect place for you. Small place but room 1 has a queen and room 2 has 2 twin beds. We do offer wifi. It's decorated with bright and cheery colors, open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, plates, utensils, coffee maker), covered patio on the back with seating, mounted electric fireplace, large tv and parking.
1. Check-in is at 3 pm. You will receive check-in instructions at 9am the day of your check-in.
2. No smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed outside. Do not dispose of butts in the bushes or grass.
3. Do not place towels or mats over the vent grate outside the second bedroom as that is the main heating vent for the house.
4. Please remove shoes in the house.
5. No parties or third-party visitors are allowed. Registered guests only.
5. Please leave used towels in the bathroom.
6. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 9pm.
7. Report any damages immediately. Any damages that exceed the deposit must be paid for by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
