but also direct access to the south-facing balcony, furnished with garden furniture.
The master bedroom features a double box-spring bed, high-quality
built-in closets, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Directly adjacent is the
second bedroom with two single beds, also featuring high-quality
built-in closets. The bright, natural-light-filled bathroom has a shower and toilet.
In the shared basement, there is a washing machine and a dryer
that can be used by inserting coins.
