This newly renovated duplex will most certainly meet your needs! You can expect a newly designed kitchen to enjoy cooking your favorite meals with family/friends. The home can sleep up to 4 people. The bedroom has a full size bed, following the living room which has a pullout QUEEN size bed.
The property is conveniently located 8 minutes away from Cedar Point, 5 minutes from Downtown where you can find the ferry to the islands, restaurants and shops!
A great size kitchen to cook with family/friends, a dining area to enjoy your meals, designated workspace to get whatever work you need done, full size bed in the bedroom and QUEEN pullout in living room.
Very convenient location as it is by cedar point, downtown with tons of restaurants and stores.
1. Check-in is at 3 pm. You will receive check-in instructions at 9am the day of your check-in.
2. No smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed outside. Do not dispose of butts in the bushes or grass.
3. Please remove shoes in the house.
4. No parties or third-party visitors are allowed. Registered guests only.
5. Please leave used towels in the bathroom.
6. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 9pm.
7. Report any damages immediately. Any damages that exceed the deposit must be paid for by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
