This older home is in a great neighborhood, with a wonderful property manager who lives across the street. It has new flooring, lighting, and kitchen appliances about 3 years old. And big TVs in each bedroom and living room.The house was 59 degrees when we arrived, and the smoke alarm was going off. It took 4 hours to resolve both problems. On a Friday evening, there was a major leak under the kitchen sink that was fixed the next day. The queen beds were comfortable, but other furniture was on the "thrifty" side. The living room sofa does not hold a queen bed. To sleep 8, one must find and inflate a mattress. The support for one of the twin beds collapsed, and our 2 daughters slept on floor after that. During our 3rd night, the furnace stopped working and was only blowing cold air. It was 61 degrees when we awoke. The single pane windows and thin curtains made it hard for us to get the house warm. We checked out on our 4th day, asking the owner for a refund for 3 unused nights. We contacted the owner directly several times, but did not receive any response.

The home is beautiful. Looks EXACTLY like the pictures. The neighborhood is wonderful with very friendly neighbors. It is close to shopping areas and easy to get to highways. Definitely, would choose this home again.

This home was perfect for my family of 5, situated in a neighborhood watch area. Everyone had their own bed, with enough space to spread out when needed. The house was nicely decorated, had plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more. It was a short drive to the beaches, with a longer drive to LA attractions, due to the heavy traffic. Derek communicated all information in a timely manner. I’d highly recommend this accommodation to others.

This is an amazing new remodel Air B&B in a great location in a quiet area. Great amenities. Very comfortable beds. Very welcoming and host was quick to respond to all messages and accommodating in every way.

This place was very nice and cozy! I loved that it was in a very quiet & nice neighborhood! They had a lot of things available to us like laundry detergent, towels, good cooking & eating utensils, etc. The beds were all very comfortable. I would definitely stay at this VRBO again!
