Welcome to your Dream Disney Vacation Home! This 5 bedroom and 5 bathroom detached home has its own screened private pool and hot tub. Located in the gated resort of Champions Gate, you have complete access to additional clubhouse amenities such as the water park, lazy river, water slides, theater and arcade room while still being in close proximity to theme parks, restaurants, outlets and numerous attractions
TWO clubhouses are included. The newest clubhouse is located only a 2 minute walk away. The original clubhouse is an approx. 5 minute drive!
This stunning home offers plenty of common space to entertain on both floors. No expense has been spared when furnishing this home with quality details in every room. The homes open concept begins with the grand room on the main floor, its soaring 20’ ceilings, gorgeous ship-lap wall and extra comfy sectional will help you RELAX after a long day at the theme parks. You'll find a L A R G E smart TV and sound bar to enhance your everyday entertainment experience. Backing the grand room is a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and necessities required to make complete meals with the same comfort as your own home. The kitchen island offers a space for 4 to sit while the large dining room table invites an additional 10 guests to sit.
The main floor hosts two bedrooms. The front bedroom is fitted with a queen-sized bed, smart TV and adjacent full bathroom. The rear primary bedroom hosts a king-sized bed, smart TV, full bathroom and direct access to the pool deck. Regardless of if you are a swimmer or not, wait until you see this pool deck. Various seating areas, outdoor smart TV, pool loungers, basketball net for the athletic ones, screened off pool and spa. Don’t mind if you take a seat in our favorite egg chair! Let's not forget about the main floor BONUS games room with its own arcade game, foosball table, pub style seating, smart TV and additional wall games for the entire family to enjoy on a day in!

The sun-filled loft overlooks the grand-room and pool deck, this “CHILL” spot is perfect for binge watching TV shows, movies, music or just catching up on some reading! The 2nd floor hosts 3 bedrooms. One primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, smart TV, private ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and stand alone shower. Two additional themed bedrooms - MICKEY and MAGIC KINGDOM - both with smart TVs and accompanying full bathrooms. WOW...CHECK OUT THE PICTURES!
For your convenience: This home also includes a washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, central air, Pack and Play, high chair, Keurig, air fryer, cable TV and FREE WIFI and a telephone for local calls only.

No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the property (including Vape). A cleaning fee of USD 350.00 plus tax will be assessed to any guest violating the smoking policy to cover extra costs for sanitizing the home.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the home. If a pet is in the home, the guests will be asked to vacate the property without a refund. A cleaning fee of USD 350.00 plus tax will be assessed to any guest violating the pet policy to cover extra costs for sanitizing the home. Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Resort Trash Rules: All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash bench by the front door for collection.
Resort Parking Rules: The resort only allows 3 cars. DO NOT block the sidewalk or park on the street as you will be fined.
*** You are required to pay a REFUNDABLE damage deposit via VRBO. This damage deposit will be returned to you within 14 days of checkout as long as there are no damages to the property. ***
*** Please note that the home has a video doorbell camera placed on the outside of the property for liability and security purposes ONLY.***

We had an amazing stay and the house was absolutely beautiful! It was very well appointed and had everything we needed and more. The owners had great communication and helped us out with any questions that we had and made our stay very enjoyable. I would HIGHLY recommend this listing and we will definitely be staying here again in the future!

This property was beyond BEAUTIFUL and perfect for my family to stay at! Aside from the great location (close to disney), it also had everything we needed right at the house. The cleanliness was superb and it felt like a home, so it was very comfortable staying there. 1000% would recommend!

This is an excellent property for a family or multi-family vacation. The pictures truly represent the property and we enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub were excellent as were the rooms and numerous bathrooms for all of our guests.
We ran into a minor issue during our stay and the owner was extremely responsive, taking care of the issue very quickly.
Would definitely stay here again.
