If you plan to arrive outside standard check-in hours, please let us know in advance. We offer a late check-in with meet & greet so that your arrival is as comfortable and straightforward as possible.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL CONDITIONS AND PROPERTY RULES
Maintenance and Cleaning: The accommodation must be returned in reasonable conditions of order and cleanliness. We reserve the right to apply additional charges, which will be deducted directly from the deposit, in the following cases:
• Excessive general dirt in the property.
• Considerable amount of unwashed dishes.
• Accumulation of rubbish inside the accommodation. It is the guest's responsibility to dispose of rubbish in the street bins indicated in the guide before departure.
• Irreversible damage to towels and bedding (makeup, creams, chemical products).
Services, Works and Environment: At Mojo Rentals, our priority is for you to enjoy a pleasant stay. Therefore, we ensure that we carry out thorough and rigorous cleaning of the property before your arrival to deliver it in optimal conditions. However, the guest accepts the following:
• We are not responsible if community services (swimming pools, saunas, gyms, etc.) are closed or restricted due to community decisions or legal regulations.
• Community Works: We are not responsible for any acoustic or visual disturbance caused by maintenance, conservation or renovation work approved by the community carried out in common areas (façade painting, works in entrances, garages, gardens, etc.).
• External and Third-Party Works: We cannot be responsible for continuous dirt (such as dust or debris on terraces and outdoor areas) or noise or disturbances caused by construction, renovation or maintenance work carried out outside the property by third parties (adjacent plots, neighbouring properties or public roads). As these are activities outside our management, we have no control over their schedules or intensity, and their existence will not entitle you to refunds or compensation.
