The house was perfect for 10 guys going to Spring Training games and hanging out in between! The drive to Peoria Sports Complex was 10 minutes and within a 5-minute walk there are restaurants, coffee shop and a grocery store. The neighborhood is nice and there was space to sleep for all. Finally, Michael is responsive to any questions or concerns our group had.

The listing said heated pool. 12 hours before our arrival the host messaged me saying it would be an additional charge if we wanted the pool heated. I commented saying the listing had indicated it included a heated pool--his response was it included solar heating (by the sun, hahaha), but if we wanted it heated by propane it was an extra charge.
Fridge smelled like rotten food.
Other than these two items the property was nice and we enjoyed our stay.
