About this house rental
The Cranbrook is a fully-furnished, newly updated Mid-Century home in a close-knit Columbus neighborhood near Upper Arlington and Clintonville. Our home is adjacent to The Ohio State University campus and its hospitals, including the world-renowned James Cancer Hospital. Around the corner is OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital for patients, families, and staff. You'll love easy access to downtown to visit the most popular areas (Short North, Arena District, German Village), attractions, and restaurants!
The Cranbrook was updated in Late 2022 with all new paint, kitchen cabinets/counters/appliances, bathroom vanities, light fixtures, wall coverings, windows, and doors, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
The main/entry level boasts a living room, dining room, and fully-stocked kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a new microwave, new stove/range, range hood, two walls of cabinets, dishwasher, pot/pod Keurig, bakeware, cookware, storage containers, garbage disposal, crockpot, mixer, toaster, coffee bean grinder, food processor, and all dishes you can dream of! The dining room offers up seating for 6 with new dining furniture. The living room holds a leather couch, two high back chairs, tables and lighting.
The upper level includes three bedrooms (King, Queen, and Full beds). Each room has new mattresses, bedding, dressers, closets, laundry basket, hangers, and blackout curtains (perfect for those that work night shift!) The King and Queen bedrooms have Smart TVs. A full bathroom hosts a combined tub/shower, new vanity, lighting, and mirror and all personal care amenities. A linen closet with supplies for 8 complete this level.
The lower level offers a retreat for relaxation with a 50" SmartTV, couch with full bed and linens, chair, light-filtering curtains, half bath, and laundry area with a full size washer/dryer. There is also an exit to the gated backyard and brick patio.

Laura’s communications and home was perfect for our family of six, including infants. Access to attractions, restaurants and highways made this location prime for visiting Columbus, Easton shopping and Ohio state university campus. It’s in a quiet, friendly and safe neighbourhood. We felt very comfortable coming home late after spending our day adventuring and touring around. The home had everything we needed and stocked with many items forgotten. We highly recommend for anyone of all ages, including infants looking to check out campus and surrounding cities.

A very nice property that was perfect for a visit to Ohio State. Clean, well-stocked with lots of nice touches. Would stay there again and recommend it to others.
