This super cute and comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with exposed brick and an industrial vibe is a great place to spend a week or a long weekend. It is walking distance to beautiful downtown South Haven.. The condo has many nice amenities for a comfortable stay. Three smart TV's, all new appliances, new beds, new living room furniture along with a well stocked kitchen and coffee bar make for an easy getaway.
This condo is located within convenient walking distance to all that South Haven has to offer. Just 10 minutes ( 6 blocks) from the beach and 2 minutes (2 blocks) from farmers market, marina, shopping and restaurants. Exceptional on-site amenities include a year round indoor/outdoor heated pool with hot tub, large outdoor patio with community gas grills, 2 movie theatres, gym and exercise room, and an additional patio with firepit.

Property was great and we had a good time for our short weekend getaway. The only thing I’d change is the way instructions are provided for the check in process - order of codes, maybe specific instruction that the door is around the corner from parking lot etc. but host was super prompt to let us know when we reached out and that was helpful. Overall a great property and fantastic experience.

Place was very spacious, fairly clean and basic amenities were provided. The unit also had a beach mat and chairs that could be used for a day at the beach. We brought our own blankets and fans, but the unit also had plenty of these too. We loved the location of the place in relation to town and the access to the parking lot from our unit was great. Negative of this being a first floor unit is that we could hear the guests above us. The noise from the running around and jumping of young children was very off putting and didn’t allow us to fully relax. We have a young child and I understand they get excited in new environments but consideration of others is important as well. My husband kindly asked the guests to be more thoughtful and considerate of us below but noise was continuous throughout our entire stay so I believe they disregarded us. It is a very lovely unit and loved everything about it except the noise from above. Would consider staying in unit again if no one rented the unit above during our stay.
