New to this 5* Superhost/cohost team, "Bay Watch" is a tastefully updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Sandestin®. Ideal for a large family or two couples, "Bay Watch" sleeps 5 comfortably (ideally 4 adults or 2 adults and 2-3 children). Gorgeous golf course and bay views are enjoyed from almost every space in the home and guests are able to cart, walk, or bike to EVERYTHING in Sandestin®!
* Golf cart (6 seater) included with the rental - MUST be 18 to drive
* Parking right out front, one reserved in covered parking and communal parking out front
* "Bay Watch" is in Players Club, one of the few communities with their own community pool for guest use in addition to the 2 resort pools!
* 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms
* Ideally sleeps 4 adults, or 2 adults and 3 children comfortably
* Master suite has a king bed and a walk-in shower, sleeps 2

THE ENTIRE CONDO HAS BEEN RECENTLY UDPATED!
There is a king-sized bed in the large master bedroom, with a gorgeous view of the golf course and bay. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a brand new walk-in shower and double vanity. The master suite is incredibly spacious with lots of privacy!
The guest room has a queen bed and a full bathroom,l with a tub/shower combo.
The living room has a large sofa (with pull-out bed) and three chairs for kicking back and relaxing in comfort. The living room has a smart TV - so remember to bring your Netflix/Amazon Prime/streaming credentials with you on your trip. There is more than enough room for everyone to settle in at "Bay Watch."
This privately-owned home has a large new kitchen featuring quartz countertops, a matching glass tile backsplash, and nice stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped (full-sized refrigerator!) for the enthusiastic cook who enjoys feeding family and friends! A Keurig coffee machine (and a few starter coffee pods) is available and the kitchen includes a sitting counter for quiet mornings as the rest of the crew emerges from their restful night's sleep.
There is a full-size washer and dryer in the home with detergent provided.
The outdoor space at "Bay Watch" includes gorgeous views and a spacious deck to enjoy your morning coffee, sun bathe, or dine alfresco. Don't forget to watch a sunset or two! If you'd like to grill out, charcoal grills are on the ground-level out back on the bayside of the property.
"Bay Watch" is located within the resort of Sandestin® and is on the bayside nestled amongst golf courses, the conference center, and Baytowne Wharf! The beach is a mere 1.5 miles away (please bring your own beach towels), close enough to cart, walk, or bike over but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle (and noise) of beach life. Walk out the front door and head in any direction towards fun and entertainment! All the fun is within 1.5 miles of the front door!

This guidebook was 100% compiled by us, your hosts, and includes 15 main sections of information, 53 sub-sections of content, 45+ activity suggestions, and 50 dining recommendations. We compiled the information in our guidebook from our own experiences, recommendations of our prior guests, and input from Sandestin® Resort locals. The owners take great pride in providing the types of amenities that they, themselves, look for when traveling with their family. You will find everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy your vacation, including the 6-seater golf cart, a full-sized washer and dryer in the home, power stations on each nightstand, a pack-n-play, and a booster seat for your use. Cleanliness is critical to a guest's experience, and we employ the most highly-rated housekeepers in the area.
* This property gets regular pest treatment as part of the HOA.
* Surveillance Device Disclosure: We have a security doorbell and cameras outside the condo that record video and audio of those entering the home from all doors. There are no devices inside the home.
* Golf cart keys will be left out for guests after liability waivers are signed and returned

Located on the west side of the Sandestin property. Bay front view. Loved the large patio area- a great spot for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails! Wi fi was good, golf cart ran great- I would highly recommend this place!

We couldn’t ask for more! It’s a cozy condo spacious enough for 4 of us. There’s a king sized bed that could fit us all especially with 2 small kids who wouldn’t sleep alone on vacation. We enjoyed the bay view in the mornings and the sunset in the evenings. Convenient parking and the best part- golf cart! We loved the golf cart that came with the condo to make the trip around the resort accessible. The company was very easy to work with- they respond to our texts whenever we texted them. They also offered us if we would like to extended our stay and we did! So glad we grabbed it.
About the condo- nice showers, cute living room and the kitchen was well stocked. There are also beach chairs and boogie board we could borrow. Perfect spacious balcony to enjoy the view.
Pool- so close to the condo and it’s a perfect sized pool. A lot of Sun with a little shade.
About the location- it’s a little remote from the beach and the Baytowne Wharf, but the little red golf cart was to the rescue. It made the transportation easier for us.
Highly recommend for anyone who wants to stay on the resort. It has everything you need especially for family of 4-6.
