About this villa rental
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This rare beachfront estate abuts 200+ feet of sugar sand beach lined with swaying palm trees and the calm Caribbean Sea. The 6 bedroom, 4 bath home features and arched mahogany double-door entryway, soaring tongue and groove ceilings, an entertainer’s kitchen with a built-in dinette & a cathedral living room with surround sound. The interior is striking, but it is the outdoor space that will captivate you!
The space
The 60’ covered lanai has extraordinary sea views and spans the length of the living room and kitchen, and flanked by two executive suites. The lanai has stone steps that go directly into the 55,000 gallon swimming pool. In addition to the outdoor the villa is steps up from a sandy beach. This property feels like an exclusive resort!

This property is a premier partner of Isla Vita Vi Luxury Concierge. While staying at this property, you’ll have access to opting into luxury amenities for a small extra cost.
Option 1: Full Service Concierge Planning ($900)
Concierge can plan and book vehicles, excursions, restaurants, private chefs, charters and other exciting local experiences. When opting into this feature, your group will also receive a custom itinerary and itinerary reference guide.
Option 2: Finders Fee ($300)
If you feel that your group only needs help with 1-2 things and an itinerary isn’t necessary, concierge can also assist you with with almost any request.
Option 3 (can be combined): Grocery Delivery/Stock ($250)
A grocery list is sent to concierge no later than 7 days prior to your arrival. The groceries will be shopped for, delivered and put away. Absolutely loved the house! Pool was the highlight for our kids as they practically lived in it for the week. Love the walk down to the beach and morning views. Property manager was extremely responsive and helpful! Would visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Our first multi-generational family vacation was a success and this was the perfect property! Plenty of space for everyone and enough private space if you just needed some time alone. Snorkeling right off the beach with lots of ocean life, we saw large stingrays from the upper balcony, SO COOL!! Thank you for a wonderful stay we hope to come back to this island!

Really special place in st croix. Wi-Fi not the strongest even though they are trying the best they can. It is also a little far from most activities like the actual town of Christiansted or most of the better restaurants, but it really is an amazing property otherwise. The pool is huge and the views are incredible. We will definitely be back.
