We were very happy with our stay at this property. It is a cute little house right on the river. Very peaceful and quiet yet offering all the amenities associated with home. It was an easy drive to many of the attractions around Virginia Beach (within 30 minutes) although we hadn’t realized we would need to travel through the tunnel each time (involved a toll). Definitely suggest it for anyone looking to be away from the typical beach busyness.

Really nice property. Just a few minor suggestions. Provide a broom. Needs a dinner table. Maybe a few mattresses toppers for the beds. A nice well kept property.

Debbie was such a wonderful host. Fast to respond to text messages. The house is so charming and well kept and the views cannot be beat especially the sunsets. Would highly recommend. Great location if you are visiting your Sailor.

We stayed here for a job we were working at. We loved the fishing and the beautiful views. We have to come back a few more times for work, hopefully we can stay here again!
