This was a great getaway for a girls trip. The place was clean and having four bathrooms was definitely a plus we would definitely stay again.

This is our 4th year staying in Orange Beach and first time staying in Summer Salt. It is a great location, clean and quiet neighborhood.

We absolutely loved this house. The stay from start to finish was perfect. Easy check in, very clean, well stocked, beautifully decorated. Enough space for two families. Four bathrooms was a bonus! Great view from deck. Enjoyed the pool. We will definitely be back.

Pros: the house is a new construction with nice decorations and trim. The neighborhood is nice with a well designed pool. It’s located close to many local restaurants and attractions. The heat was oppressive, but the air conditioning units in the house were able to hold their own very well.
Cons: the floors were *incredibly* dirty. My one year old constantly had black hands, feet and knees. We ended up getting a swiffer mop to clean up the floors because they were so dirty. Although the master bed was comfy, the queen bed in one of the two smaller rooms felt like sleeping on a bag of gravel. At some point, someone decided that we had a dog in the unit. Telling them that there was no dog, and that they had the wrong house wasn’t enough, so they sent someone to come “check” to make sure we didn’t have a dog. When i sent a text to the person who contacted me explaining that i was displeased with this, the response i got was, “I’m in Texas. I’ll follow up on this tomorrow.” No apologies or anything. I strongly recommend verifying what security camera you are looking at before you start trying to disrupt people’s vacations. Also, the correct wifi password was not provided. I had to go through the automated system to try and get a WiFi password, which wasn’t the end of the world; but it could have been a simpler process.
