About this house rental
Stunning, brand-new, fully equipped 3-room apartment (55 m²) located on the first floor, facing west, accommodating up to 6 people (4 adults / 2 children for optimal comfort) and a baby (travel crib). Tastefully decorated with high-quality furnishings. Master bedroom and a cabin-style bedroom for 4 people.
Right on the slopes (ski-in/ski-out from the residence via the Petit Moriond lift and the Cèpes blue run) and 300m from the shops and the village center.
Free shuttle to 1850 (5-minute ride) available at the foot of the residence.
Accommodation
Very comfortable 30m² living area. 2 three-seater sofas and an armchair, coffee tables, TV, large closet for the sleeping alcove.
Dining table that seats 8 people. Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, combination microwave oven, induction cooktop, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, blender, toaster, electric meat grinder, dishwasher, washer-dryer, porcelain tableware, crystal glasses, Couzon cutlery set).
A walk-in pantry where you can store your ski boots.
A loft bedroom (without a window but with a transom window overlooking the living room) featuring a 160-cm double bunk bed that can comfortably accommodate 2 adults (160-cm mattress) on the top bunk and 2 children (2 80-cm mattresses) on the bottom bunk. A master bedroom with a large closet and a 160cm bed. A travel crib is available and can be set up in the living room.
Bathroom with a large shower and a heated towel rack. Separate toilet.
Electric roller shutters.
A ski locker completes the apartment.
Free parking in front of the building, reserved for the Ariondaz ski area.

The apartment is really small but it has absolutely everything you might need and more. It's super nice, clean. We very much appreciated the fact that you can ski in and out, super practical with young kids. (In April we had to walk a bit because of the lack of snow, but still it was OK). The kids loved the big beds.
We would definitely come back!!
Only thing that is not shown in the pictures is that it's a ground floor and the window overlooks the parking lot, but still the view is open and you see the mountains and trees behind.
