About this cabin rental
Keep your eyes peeled because you just might find the legendary Davy Crockett wandering around Crockett's Coonskin Cabin! This amazing four bedroom, two story cottage will sleep up to 18 people. Downstairs offers 3 bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, and 3 bathrooms. Upstairs is a loft area with 6 double beds and 1 bath; perfect for the kids! Crockett's Coonskin also has a full kitchen, a spacious living area with a wood burning fireplace. This Cabin can be rented along with the other Brookside Resort cabins to accommodate large gatherings. Indoor fireplace in operation October-March.
Pet Fee is $60 + tax per pet. Pets must be on a leash when outside. No pets on furniture or beds and pet must be crated when leaving the property.

The outdoor property was above and beyond amazing. Upon entering the cabin it was a bit musty smelling BUT with that said they had a dehumidifier running 24/7 and it's on the creek. Really nothing they can do and as we, 9 of us, stirred around that was gone shortly after. They provide a large pet cage which is wonderful but we didn't have to use it because we stayed outside so much with our aged pet. Our 3 grandsons LOVED the upstairs area as their hang out, ages 14,12, 10. They swam, caught fish, played soccer in the abundant size yard. The only thing that needed a look at is 2 of the showers cold water didn't seem to work correctly. I also would recommend painting all the walls white to brighten it up a little. But NONE of this mattered to us because it's such a wonderful place. We saw geese, deer, squirrels, racoon, butterfly's like crazy while there. You like nature? You will love this place!

This was the most wonderful cabin I have ever stayed in. We had a great time and the owner was easy to reach.

It was very cozy for us. We were 3 households coming together for a family get together. Kids stayed entertained. We had an incredible time!!
