Champions Gate is a gated community.
• Each driver must present a valid ID at the gate.
• Up to 3 vehicles/names may be added per reservation.
• Please provide full names at least 24 hours before arrival to ensure smooth entry.
Starter Supplies
As a self-catering home, we provide a starter kit only:
• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 travel-size shampoo and hand soap per bathroom
• 1 paper towel roll
• 2 dishwasher pods
• 1 dish soap and sponge
• 2 garbage bags per bin
Basic cookware, dishes, and utensils are provided.
Seasonings, condiments, coffee, and tea are not provided.
Pool & Spa Heating (Optional)
• Available October–March for $45 per day (must be added for the entire stay)
• Requires at least 72-hour advance notice
• Heating takes 24–48 hours
• Not available April–September
• Water temperature may vary when outdoor temperatures fall below 60°F
Pool Service
• Pools are serviced every Thursday and may be unavailable for up to 3 hours
• Pool heating does not reach hot tub temperatures
Grill
• No grill onsite; rentals available locally
• Grilling must be done on the grass, not the patio

The house is beautiful and very spacious. We appreciated the comfortable beds and furniture. A bathroom for every room was a great plus. The washer and dryer, the ice maker, the dishes, utensils, appliances, and cooking accessories were great...and were just what we needed. We appreciated the club being right around the corner which included a community pool, splash zone, and lazy river. We enjoyed and loved the pool and hot tub at the residence more though. The host was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was great. But it was very hard to get hold of properly manager. And the gate was a nightmare
