Location is its primary asset. The apartment is funky but adequate. Nothing deluxe or fancy, for sure. It could certainly benefit from nice little extras, like a soap dish in the shower, a bright enough reading light to read in the bedroom, better silverware, nicer towels (they're almost paper thin), and fixing the slow drain in the bathroom sink. But the location is wonderful - on a cute little street in Marais- a wonderful restaurant across the street, a superb boulangerie in the block, and a good food store and the Metro100 m away.

Owner was very nice. We enjoyed the apartment it was very French. Straight out onto street with restaurants and cafes everywhere. A great atmosphere in the streets.

Great location. Excellent and easy communication with host. Unfortunately it was quite noisy throughout the night with people coming and going. Due to restaurants below cigarette smoke could be smelt in the apartment at times, however this is not the fault of the host. There are steps up to the first floor to be aware of if you have international suitcases.
