About this house rental
Spacious waterfront 4 bedroom townhouse located in one of Jamaica's most sought after neighborhoods of 22 Freeport, Montego Bay. The unit comes fully furnished and the community boasts amenities such as an infinity edge pool, barbecue area, gym, kids playground and 24 hour security. Residents also enjoy ‘free entry’ to a private beach which is a mere 2 minute walk. Ideally located being close to shopping districts, nightlife, restaurants and the International Airport.
The house was designed to be one of the most covid friendly homes on the market as it boasts machinery which checks your body temperature as you enter the premises as well as having many hand sanitizer dispensers conveniently located throughout the house. This house is perfect for families who enjoy working and schooling from home as each bedroom is equipped with its own working space. In keeping with the work friendly theme the unit is adequately equipped with USB ports conveniently placed throughout the house for charging purposes. All the TVs are equipped with an individual HDMI port for easy connection of one's personal gadgets whether it is for gaming or presentation purposes. The house also boasts a TV room with a fold out couch incase one may need to hosts extra guests as well as an Annex with another fold out bed if needs be.

Upon our arrival in Montego Bay Jamaica everything was wonderful. Our driver Max met us outside of baggage claim. He took great care of us the entire week. He made us feel safe everywhere he took us. We appreciated him.
The townhouse was beautiful, comfortable and clean. It was located on the water which was picturesque with the boats in the background. There were 6 women on this vacation. There was enough room in the townhouse for everyone to have their space. Ms. Patrice, the housekeeper takes good care of the house. We enjoyed our meals at the table outside on the patio. Chefs Mandy and Shan came in and cooked Christmas dinner and it was phenomenal! Jenise was wonderful. If we needed anything she was on it. We really appreciated her dedication to taking care of her clients. We will definitely rent from Jenise again the next time we travel to Jamaica.

This property was amazing. We felt very safe in this community. It was wonderful for our family of 9. The view was perfect. The home was very comfortable and relaxing especially after a day of sightseeing. The home was well equipped. The kids enjoyed the pool daily. Jenise, our host was excellent. She answered all questions quickly and made us feel very welcome in her home. We hope to return soon for our third trip to Jamaica.
