Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with majestic sunsets and tranquil waters of Douglas Lake with an all new for 2026 state of the art water treatment system. This property has it all for large families or medium size groups with multi-level space which is handicap accessible on the main level. Large covered back deck, lower patio with hot tub, pavilion at the lake, firepit, seasonal boat dock, swing, lots of games for the rainy days. This is truly a home away from home that will allow you to leave all your cares behind you. Douglas Lake is a TVA controlled reservoir and is drawn down from late fall through early spring. The lake is still there, but docks may be sitting on the lake bottom and not at the edge of the property. The lake is typically at full summer pool during the summer months. This property always has a big lake view all year round.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement, a point of contact form and set up a required security deposit just making your reservation. This is required to stay with us.

We had a great time with our extended family this week. Plenty to do and lots of space. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook lots of meals. Laundry situation was great. Even tiny toiletries if somebody had forgot theirs. We did not see a bear but otherwise, couldn't ask for a better trip.

Beautiful property. Home was fully equipped to handle our large family. Beds were nice. The lake and view were perfection. Everything was easy. Very pleased.
