About this house rental
Located on historic Moon Lake and only 18 miles from Clarksdale, MS and 12 miles from Helena, AR. This lake front property is a great place to stay for a summer day on the water, a fishing trip, a duck hunting venture, or a blues festival!
Patton’s Place has a private pier w an upper dock and floating platform for boat tie up. There is a seating area on the dock where where you can relax and enjoy a cocktail at sunset or a swim during the day. The yard itself is almost a full acre so there is plenty of room for kids to play and a large fire pit area for the adults. The inside is open and spacious with large kitchen, den, bar, and plenty of seating.

I loved the property, the grandchildren weren't pleased with the.wifi service, finding the location was pretty easy, the deck was giving me anxiety i.cant.swim but i love to fish. I would have loved it more if the.deck was more.flat and wider..but luckily my cousin rented the one right down the roadtwo houses down and theirs was flat and we fished there.. did like the stores being so far away.. overall we really enjoyed the stay and i will recommend it to others.

The house was great at first, but then we had a major plumbing issue. It was resolved. But, no one wants to deal with that on vacation. Also, the pier and deck area is totally in need of repair. It is not safe and we could not use it. We were very disappointed about that.
