Apartment Dany is set in an authentic 1961 Istrian stone terraced house in the village of Dračevac, located 9 km from Poreč. The apartment was completely renovated and equipped with modern furniture in 2019.
Apartment Dany can accommodate 2 people and its surface of 42 sqm is spread over two floors – first floor and attic. On the first floor, there is a nicely furnished living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining table, a couch, a satellite TV, and a separate toilet. Up the spiral staircase are located: a bedroom with a double bed, air-conditioning and satellite TV, and a bathroom with a shower. At the entrance to the apartment, there is a 17 sqm roofed balcony with seating furniture, a completely enclosed 80 sqm yard, and a private parking place.
