Very nice place. Has a lot of entertainment for kids very convenient to restaurants. I wasn’t aware it was a timeshare rental so we were harassed to buy a timeshare . Nice side view of ocean but you could not sit outside on balcony because garbage dumpsters were there you could see and smell them and every morning around 7;00 they would empty them!! Then the laundry truck would come every evening and you could listen to the noise and the workers cursing or telling bad jokes. The place was nice but has no extras like you get use to with VRBO it is way overpriced I would have stayed at a hotel if I knew it was this way. 3 beautiful pools but they are not deep and you could never find a chair to sit by pool. I know it all sounds bad but it was 4th floor if I ever stayed there again it would only be ocean front and a higher floor. It still was a fun vacation but very much over priced!!
