About this house rental
Spacious+ newly built entire lodge high up on the mountain side, 3 KING beds, only 9 minutes to Downtown Asheville! Hot Tub and Fantastic mountain VIEWS, beautiful kitchen, open living spaces, game area, fire pit, and abundant wildlife! You will truly be amongst the treetops and will feel like you're in a treehouse! Biltmore is only 8 min away and the Blue Ridge parkway is only 4 minutes, so let the mountain adventures begin! This home is perfect for families as well as couples who are seeking adventure!
The space
If you are looking for a Treetop mountain experience but also close to downtown, hiking, breweries, Biltmore, this is the place! We have plenty of relaxing space with an abundance of views from every bedroom and porches allowing for a relaxing and gorgeous atmosphere.
The new rocking chairs and propane Fire Pit along with the views are a sure way to unwind after a day of exploring. If you want to swing amongst the wildlife you can always enjoy the "bird nest" chairs below the main deck!

The garage area will accommodate two vehicles with multiple games located inside for the competitive types!
First Level:
To enter the main level, you will need to walk up the stairs in front of the lodge where you will be greeted with a fully furnished kitchen, dining, living room with a TV and with electric fireplace and sleeper sofa. The spacious Master BR offers a brand new king mattress with En-suite bath and desk area.
Second Level:
Upstairs are two king bedrooms, full bath, another full living area. The second living room boasts foosball, games, and a 55" ROKU TV. All bedrooms have mountain views and offer brand new king size memory foam mattresses!
Other things to note
Our driveway is paved, but it's STEEP as the lodge is at the top of the mountain to get to the fantastic views. We do require AWD/4WD to give you additional traction for when it's wet. Most guests do not need AWD/4WD during dry weather.
The driveway is steep to many who aren’t use to it so you need to be ok with a long steep drive, but it is so worth it! Come enjoy our beautiful city, Blue Ridge mountains and abundant wildlife!

The house and property are very nice, and Hisham was a great host. He was very responsive with instructions and ensuring we were taken care of.

We were looking for a place close to Asheville but still had a mountain feel and we found it in this house. The house was beautiful, spacious and relaxing. The kitchen and house was very well stocked even with spices and local grocery store loyalty card. The waffle bar and s’more kit was a huge hit with the kids. We all enjoyed the hot tub and multiple seating areas outside. Good communication with the owner was had before and during the trip. The owners suggestions for local dining were spot on. The house is about a 10-15 drive to downtown Asheville. We also enjoyed Black Mountain one night which is about a 20 minute drive. The driveway is extremely steep and took us about 3 times to get up the house the first trip. Got a little easier each time. Also the house does have a flight of stairs to the main floor. Not an issues for us but would have been an issue if we brought the grandparents. We have fallen in love with the Asheville area and hope to be back soon.

This house is a great option if looking to stay close to Asheville. Less than 15 minutes to downtown and just off the highway so very easy to get to. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quite. Overall it was perfect for three couples getting together for a long weekend. The owner was very communicative and was quick to respond if I had any answers. The driveway is steep, which we were warned about, but it wasn't a problem for us in a minivan.
