About this house rental
Comfortably equipped, single-story holiday home for a large family or group of friends (sleeps 8), located halfway between the sea and the town center on a quiet street. It features a large open-plan living/dining room with a dining area (table, chairs, sideboard) and a relaxation area (sofa, armchairs, coffee table, and TV), and a fully equipped American-style kitchen (gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.).

A hallway leads to three bedrooms, a separate toilet (with washbasin), and a shower room (vanity unit, shower, and towel warmer).
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140cm) with wardrobe. Baby equipment available: travel cot and high chair.
Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds (4 x 90cm) with wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (140cm) with wardrobe. The living room opens onto a pleasant enclosed garden with a lovely terrace furnished with garden furniture, a parasol, a barbecue, two sun loungers, and a bioclimatic pergola.
There is also a garage (used for bicycle storage) with a washing machine and freezer.
Parking is available for three cars on the property.
