Small semi-detached villa of 24m2 on the ground floor ideal for 4 people with its terrace of 15m2 oriented EAST and its loggia.
Private parking space inside the residence n° 159.
It is composed of a loggia with a sofa bed, a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen (1 refrigerator, 1 dishwasher (2016), 2 induction fires, 1 washing machine, 1 microwave, 1 mini oven, 1 kettle).
The bathroom has a shower.
The room is equipped with a 160 cm bed overlooking the loggia, with a built-in storage cupboard.
Separate WC.
Two bicycles are available, to be used as a good family man.
TV in the living room (French channels only).
Utensils such as frying pans, saucepans, glasses, cutlery and plates are at the disposal of travellers as well as duvets, pillows and cleaning kits.
The apartment does not have Wi-Fi, you can contact the agency which will offer you a wi-fi box (2GB per day) at the price of 7 € per day or 40 € per week.
Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request it from the agency if necessary.
Rental price: 15 € per bed for sheets.
For towels: 10€ per person.
Rental of baby bed: 13 € per week.
