Relax in the living room that boasts plush furniture and a large TV to stream movie marathons on. Sip your morning coffee and feel the ocean breeze on the balcony providing a spectacular Atlantic Ocean view. Serve your loved ones home-cooked meals at the formal dining table, lovingly prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. Four bedrooms downstairs and five bedrooms upstairs ensure everyone will receive a comfortable night's rest from the day's adventures. For extra space, a sofa bed is provided. The ground-floor apartment boasts a bright interior, plush furniture, and a TV for streaming your favorite movies. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: Security cameras covering entryways of the home.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location, great house. Plenty of room. Check in process was a bit frustrating and misleading. Had to call guest services and troubleshoot for roughly 30 minutes. Guest services however were very easy to communicate with and stayed with me until we solved the issue. Despite check in issues I would recommend this house.
