This cozy vacation home is located in Klingberg, a district of the municipality of Scharbeutz, in a wonderful setting on the edge of the forest by Lake Pönitz.
The vacation home features 3 rooms with 96 square meters of living space, spread over two floors. On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove (you’ll need to provide your own firewood), a sofa set, a flat-screen TV, a radio, and a cozy dining area.
The built-in kitchenette is fully equipped and also features a stove/oven combination, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There is also a guest restroom on the first floor. The partially covered terrace features patio furniture and is perfect for relaxing outdoors.
Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed and an additional single bed, as well as access to the loggia. The second bedroom has two single beds.
The upper level also features a modern bathroom with natural light, a toilet, and a shower. A washing machine is also located there.
There is a storage area for bicycles next to the house. A parking space is available on the property.
