THE HOME
The main floor has an open living room with a 65” Samsung 4K Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, an office, and direct access to the private backyard. The patio has a dining table with a large shade umbrella and outdoor couches — all facing the water.
The kitchen goes beyond the basics — full dish sets, quality cookware, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, spices, and a sparkling water system. Nespresso with complimentary capsules (one per guest per day).
Upstairs: king-bed master with UPLIFT sit/stand desk, heat pump A/C, shades, and a full bathroom. Second bedroom with a full-size bed. Third bedroom on the main floor with its own bathroom — each floor has its own bathroom and shower.

From start to end, our stay at this property was great!! The house is very thoughtfully set up and well-stocked. (In fact, there is much more furniture on the deck than is pictured.) The host, Sahar, was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit. I highly recommend this spot for a weekend with friends in Seattle!

Loved the house (super clean and according to my gf’s daughter “hip!”). The owner, Sahar, could not have been more accommodating and responsive. The location is great though, if you’re a runner like myself, prepare for serious hills in the area. Our only complaints would be a lack of kitchen amenities such as a microwave, regular table salt, a functional can opener and normal water pressure necessary for washing dishes. Also - operating the showers feels like an IQ test. I actually thought I was getting Punk’d after fiddling with knobs for several minutes. But I’m not that bright. All in all a lovely place that I would recommend all day long.

Beautifully restored Craftsman in a quiet, Upper Queen Anne neighborhood. We were visiting Seattle with another couple and the house was a 10-15 minute Uber ride to everything in the downtown Seattle area - Pike Place Market, Ferry Boat, Hot Tub Boats at Lake Union, Space Needle, restaurants and shops in Ballard. The house was immaculately clean with a new kitchen and bathrooms. Perfect house for a wonderful weekend with friends in Seattle.
