This lovely 2BR/2BA condo offers a spacious living area with 9-foot ceilings, and a sliding glass door leading to the balcony, where you can enjoy those gorgeous Gulf views. Seascape Resort encompasses over 3 hundred acres of lush greens, serene lakes and 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach. Soak in the views of the gulf without all the traffic noise. Ariel Dunes I is set back into the resort, and is a quieter alternative, giving you a break from seasonal traffic noise but close enough for you to drink in the sights and sounds of Destin's famous beaches. Take a relaxing stroll to the beach and feel your cares melt away!
Ariel Dunes I offers a state of the art fitness center, along with a 12,000 s.f. pool featuring a zero entry, with a spacious deck for lounging and catching some rays before hitting the beach. Kids will love splashing around in the mushroom fountain!

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The condo was exactly as listed. Loved everything about it. The bed in the master was super comfortable and I slept great. Can NOT beat the view from the balcony. You can enjoy the ocean view from pretty much any angle in the condo, even the soaker bathtub! When I arrived, their was a gentleman just finishing up getting it ready for me and he was super kind. He left some lights on and some nice music playing from the TVs so it felt like walking into a friend's house!
Short walk to the beach, they provided 2 chairs and I used one of them...perfect. Try out the cafe downstairs for lunch...good food and friendly staff.

Washer very, very, very noisy.
Toilets need repair--one runs at random; the other handle will not quit flushing.
Refrigerator-one drawer has no top and food falls down in it.
Needs some painting.
Sheets for couch are frayed. Pillows in bedroom 2 are flat and worn out. Need blanket for couch bed.
Elevator was fast and available.
Condo was tidy.
Pools were great and clean and large.
Thought the hotel was beach side. Had to cross road.
Parking was ample.
Quiet condo.
