The cottage has a total interior area of 230 m², including 160 m² on the aquatic relaxation area which you access directly from the living room of the cottage. A private parking lot of 50 m², a terrace of 20 m² with a hard barbecue and a grassy area of about 100 m² are also at your disposal.
The aquatic area is 100% dedicated to you and privatized: no one but you has access to it during your stay.

Classified 4 ears at Gîtes de France, we offer you the Gîte Les Deux Eaux located in Sauchay-Le-Bas in the Countryside Dieppe 10 minutes from Dieppe (8 kms), and 10 minutes from the beaches of Puys, Berneval and Saint-Martin en Campagne.

The cottage has 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen open to the dining room and the living room, two separate toilets and a bathroom + showers in the aquatic relaxation area.

It can accommodate up to 6 people (no beds in the living room, the sofa does not make a bed) and it is equipped with all comforts (Dishwasher, Central Heating, 1 55-inch Ultra 4K connected TV in each bedroom + 1 65-inch Ultra 4K connected TV in the living room, Sofa and armchair, 4-burner Hob, Convection Oven, Microwave, Washing machine, Garden furniture, Barbecue, High Speed Wifi Internet throughout the cottage. The master bedroom is equipped with a 160 X 200 bed and the second bedroom is equipped with a 140 X 200 bed as well as a pull-out bed for 2 people of 90 X200.

It is ideally located 10 minutes (9 kms) from the beaches, on the edge of forest and rivers, in the Eaulne valley

- The forest less than 800 meters away;
- The river less than 100 meters away;

Vehicle parking is in the private parking lot of the Gîte, possibility to park up to two vehicles (1 only if you have large vehicles but possibility to park a few meters from the Gîte)

* Cleaning is not included in the price: if the accommodation and the aquatic area as well as the pools are left unclean, the bins not emptied or sorted, the professional cleaning costs will be deducted from your deposit.

* The gîte is designed for 6 people MAXIMUM: if you invite other people to the aquatic area without our permission, it will be automatically deducted from the deposit 20 euros per HOUR and per PERSON not provided for in the contract.

* The rental contract is MANDATORY: the rental will be automatically cancelled if it is not signed
