Shoreham Cottage is a modern, comfortable 3 bedroom home in Pacific City. Shoreham features updated appliances, a gas fireplace, and plant of space to relax. The yard is fenced and there is bikes and ping-pong in the garage! It is a quick walk to the beach, pub and Cape Kiwanda.

Dory Pointe is a newer, quiet neighborhood of upscale beach homes built consistent with the natural environment. The area is bordered on the east by a greenbelt of shorepine trees that is perfect for exploring. Dory Pointe is centrally located near the beach just north of Kiwanda Shores and across the street from Shorepine Village. It is very close walking distance to all the Cape Kiwanda activities including surfing, dory boat launching, shopping and restaurants. The walk to the beach is quick through Shorepine village trails, or down the street to Cape Kiwanda State Park. The area is maintained with pride and governed by CCR's.

We have been offering beach rental homes for more than 30 years. Reliable management means responsive service, insider guides to the area and a better vacation experience. Our nearby office is staffed 7 days a week ensuring that homes and guests are taken care of if any needs arise. We look forward to accommodating your next beach trip. Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

Service was great, we were able to get a hold of someone after hours, the beds were very comfortable and the house was so close to the beach, store, restaurants, etc. We would stay here again.

We immediately felt at home here. It was clean and inviting and a very quiet area within walking distance of stores, a skate park and a really really nice forested area. My 17 year old daughter said next time we come to the beach I want to stay here again

Home was as described and clean. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Carpets a bit worn, but otherwise home is otherwise in new condition. Location of home was walking distance to town and beach. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking at home.
