About this apartment rental
This centrally located top floor condo located in the heart of Golden is designed for larger groups and families. Fall for mountain life in this new 3-bed/2-bath suite. Take in the mountain and river views from the couches while enjoying your cocktail. If you are looking for a winter adventure or new summer memories, Golden has you covered. From Kicking Horse Mountain Resort and Golden Skybridge (15 min drive) to the national parks and incredible Golden hidden gems - you will never get bored.
Apres & Stay is the largest of the condos in the OSO building, with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, it also boasts a large foyer equipped as a family gaming zone and which doubles as a yoga/workout space. Off the foyer is a large sports storage area - equipped to store all your sports gear (skis, bikes etc.), complete with 6 boot heaters and space to dress for your day.
The gaming zone includes a 32" TV, Nintendo console with built in games, and a selection of toys and board games.
In the living area you will find a large open concept space with comfortable seating for your whole group, a 75" 4K TV and dining table for up to 7 guests.
The kitchen is open to the living space and offers a wide range of small appliances (in addition to regular appliances) to enhance your experience - these include a waffle maker, Raclette, Wine Fridge, and Mocca Master coffee maker and complimentary Kicking Horse Coffee for you to enjoy and take home.
The master bedroom has a 65" 4K TV, nightstands equipped with 8 ports and wireless charges, it also doubles as a work station for those of you who'd like to work from your "Golden" home. The sit to stand desk is equipped with a monitor and HDMI cable.
All guests are provided with a choice of a down or memory foam pillow for their sleeping comfort. Families will find a Pack and play, high chair, booster seat and change mat in the master closet.

Apres & Stay is a top floor suite in Goldens newest downtown condo building - OSO. Next door to the Whitetooth Brewery and steps from the River pathway and all downtown amenities it is perfectly located for your next mountain adventure. A 15 minute drive gets you to Kicking Horse Mountains Resort, 5 minutes from the Golden Skybridge and close to 6 National Parks you are sure to find anyways to fill your time!
There is dedicated parking for 1 vehicle (Spot #405), with electrical outlet. Further parking (first come first served) can be found on the street at the front of the complex. All downtown amenities are within walking distance, however you will need to vehicle to explore further afield. Golden does not have a transit system and taxi availability is limited.

Our stay in Golden was the penultimate stop on our Canada road trip. The accommodation was as described, clean comfortable with good views. Having evacuated from Jasper due to the wild fire and driving for hours, the host was very helpful with trying to arrange an earlier check in. Would definitely book again. veryaccomm

A comfortable and well managed property for a family or 2 couples. Thoughtful extras such as games and coffee beans and grinder, filtered water in the fridge and lots of ice cubes. Huge TVs. Great location

We stayed here to visit Banff and the Icefield Parkway. We were about 40 minutes from Banff. This condo is in a nice community. It is a block from the grocery store and gas station. There is a walking path next to the condo that runs along the river. There are lots of restaurants within walking distant or a five-minute drive. It was well equipped. I would recommend this condo.

Good Air conditioning. Clean and spacious. Frying pan too scratched to be used though. Wifi password on the fridge should specify all lower case letters.
