This family-friendly home is perfect for your all your vacation needs! 2 king bedrooms, 2 queen beds, and bunk room for the kids. 3rd floor roof deck has ocean & bay views, outdoor dining & couches. Entertainment room w/Arcade! Electric car charger in driveway!

-Rent only to persons 25+, anyone under that age must be supervised at all times.
-Sheets, and bath towels (2 per room) are provided for an extra cleaning fee of $175. Beach towels are not included. If you choose not to pay the linen fee, then please be sure to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, and towels.
-8 beach badges are provided for your convenience. A $100 fee will be charged for any lost badges during your stay.
-There is room for one car in driveway. One additional parking pass for street parking is also provided. A charge of $275 will occur for an unreturned parking pass.

- We only rent to individuals over 25 years of age. Anyone under 25 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- No prom stays.
- No alcohol consumption by guests under the age of 21.
- No smoking on the property.
- Eight (8) beach badges are provided for your convenience. There is a $100 charge for each lost beach badge.

We visited for MDW with our 15 year old son and a few of his friends. Proximity to everything was great for them yet far enough away for more quiet. Third floor space and deck was what they enjoyed the most while my husband and I had the first floor. Home was tidy, clean and had everything we needed.

Property had everything we needed. House was well appointed. The new build was nice, plenty of room and very comfortable. Only negative,
Internet did not work at all. Only an issue for infant cameras.

The home was exactly as the picture shown. Loved the TV in living room, when not in use has different photos shown. Roof top was amazing to see sunrise and sunset.

What a phenomenal stay! It's a gorgeous new property with plenty of sleeping space, bathrooms, and a very handsomely equipped kitchen - I love cooking at this place!!!
Walk to the beach and boardwalk in 4 minutes. The loft is way fun, the porch is wonderful for people watching, and there are amazing views from the roof deck!
Our kids loved the arcade machine, the outdoor shower, and, especially, the rock-solid bunk beds!!
Cannot wait to return!!
