About this house rental
Contractors, friends and families are welcome. We look forward to hosting you in this spacious and unique 3 bed detached house. What makes this place unique?

The property includes three bedrooms, a living room, conservatory, bathroom and kitchen with free parking for two vehicles. Shops are very nearby as well as nice restaurants. Why pay for an expensive hotel when you can book a spacious house, that can accommodate up to 5, for almost half the price! Self check-in anytime after 3pm so arrive at your own time!
The Space
✔ Living Room: Equipped with a 37inch Smart TV. Relax and stream your favourite movies from Netflix, Disney and Amazon Prime. A big selection of board games and books if you fancy something different. Not to mention the free high-speed Wifi provided.
✔ Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a electric cooker, electric oven, fridge and freezer. Appliances such as a microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine come included. We also provide some of the essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, tea bags, coffee, sugar and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal. Any last minute laundry needs are also catered for with a washing machine.
✔ Bedrooms:
3 single beds and 1 king size bed which will give you everything you need for a good night's rest. All linen are 100% cotton, bedside cabinets and clothes rails with hangers included. You'll also find a hair dryer, iron and ironing board in the bedroom too.
✔ Bathroom: Take a soak in the modern bathroom suite, which has a bathtub for extra space and comfort. We'll supply the 100% cotton towels for you and your guests in your rooms.
The calm and green area is just 5 minutes from the London Luton Airport. A great localisation provides you with the variety of Luton offers - the walking distance to the bus stop or supermarket and fast access to London – whether it is the train station or M1. You will be close to the lively town centre, shopping mall, pubs, parks and amazing restaurants with diverse cuisine.

The property was accurate in its description. Very clean with a lovely shower and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and the tv had Netflix which was a nice surprise.
Would not hesitate to book again.

We had no issues during our stay, the premises was very clean and comfy, would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet location
