Air-conditioned vacation apartment in a beautiful location on the outskirts

Our cozy basement apartment is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic. The vineyards begin right behind the house, and the first winery is just a few minutes’ walk away. Thanks to the windows in every room, the apartment feels bright, cozy, and inviting. You’ll also have access to a cozy outdoor seating area.

The apartment has a separate entrance and is fully equipped with modern floor heating, which can also be used for pleasant cooling in the summer.

With approximately 50 square meters of living space, you’ll find a lovingly furnished home featuring a spacious living and dining area, including a fully equipped kitchenette. The living area also features a pull-out sleeper sofa that converts into an additional sleeping space measuring 1.40 m x 2.00 m—ideal for an adult or one to two children.

The kitchenette offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic cooktop with range hood, oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, and plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses, and cups.

In the bedroom, you’ll find a 2 m x 2 m double bed with separate mattresses and a spacious closet.

Free parking for your car is available right in front of the house. Wi-Fi and a TV are, of course, also included.

Heitersheim and the surrounding area offer plenty of great dining options. You’ll find several excellent wineries and wine taverns nearby! You can also cool off in the outdoor pool during the swimming season.
From here, it’s easy to plan day trips to the Black Forest, France, or Switzerland. Europapark and Rulantica are about a 45-minute drive away. Heitersheim has a direct train connection, making it very convenient to explore the surrounding area by rail as well.
