The Westgate Smokey Mountain Resort and Water Park is located in Gatlinburg, TN. It's near the Great Smokey Mountain National Park, near downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Dollywood Theme Park. There's onsite indoor/outdoor water park, The Wild Bear Falls Water Park, with a heated pool, children's water slides, a lazy river for tubing and children's activity room. A snack bar inside as well, where you can get a hamburger. There is a miniature golf, a zip line, picnic areas, fire pit seating areas and grills. Also, a spa and fitness center plus a business center.
There is an onsite Southern Comfort Restaurant and bar. There is a marketplace store and deli. located at the bottom of the mountain. They have a good lunch menu. Nice to take the shuttle down and pickup something for lunch and get your return ride up to your condo, no parking involved. This free shuttle service to get you up and down the mountain without having to find a place to park. Parking at the bottom of the mountain can be difficult. It's a wonderful service. The shuttle picks you up at your condo and returns you to your condo when you are finished doing whatever you've been up to. There is an infinity pool and bar at the top of the mountain, also a miniature golf course and zip line. The shuttle will take you up there and back if you so desire, or you can drive there yourself.
The parking and shuttle service up and down the mountain is free. Also, free WIFI is available. You can drive everywhere if you want, but I've found the shuttle very easy and convenient.

The unit has a full kitchen, full bath, King size bed in the bedroom and queen size sofa bed located in the living room. It has a dining area and a bathroom with shower and a gas fireplace located in the living room, nice on cool evenings. Also, washer and dryer units in your condo. Don't forget the elevators. If you are handicapped, there is also handicapped parking. There are rolling carts next to the elevators to wheel your stuff in. No more back breaking lugging your things up 3 flights of stairs.

There is no end to things you can do. There are lots of dinner theatres, theme places like Dollywood, Medieval Times, The Dolly Stampede, Biblical theatres, Magic shows and many, many more. There are indoor and outdoor things galore. There is a ghost tour, if you dig that. You can go to the Aquarium, The Sky Park, The Roaring Fork Mobile Drive Through Trail for a great chance to see some bears in the wild. Also, the National Park with lots of trails. Endless possibilities for lots of fun. There's lumberjack shows and all the music you could ever want. Lots of things happening in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
