About this house rental
CASA COLINAS is a typical “Em Bande” house facing east-west, offering magnificent views over the rolling hills of the surrounding area. It features two large terraces—the east-facing, secluded terrace on the upper floor is perfect for breakfast all year round. The west-facing terrace is partially shaded by a traditional bamboo roof and is bathed in sunlight early in the morning during the summer.
Inside, we focused on creating a spacious and open layout. You enter the house through a spacious kitchen and dining area that flows directly into the cozy lounge area with access to the west-facing terrace.
The kitchen area invites you to enjoy cooking together. In addition to a modern gas stove with an oven, it features a spacious dishwasher and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment that offers plenty of room for the week’s groceries. As in CASA LUZ, foodies will find a well-thought-out, fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils needed to prepare the delicacies brought back from the markets.
On the first floor is a bedroom bathed in morning sunlight with a newly redesigned en suite bathroom.
The other bedroom is located on the upper floor and is also equipped with a queen-size bed and its own bathroom.
The access road winds its way from the main road at the signposted turnoff along a 2.4 km-long, winding gravel road typical of the region, nestled in the picturesque hilly landscape.
We recommend making your first trip to our secluded paradise during daylight hours.
